jQuery Fade and Slide Toggle Plugin

The jquery slidetoggle() is great, but one thing Cedric Dugas always thought was missing is some opacity fading in the sliding animation. When Cedric was coding the newest iteration of position absolute he wanted this kind of animation so he went there and coded it. This is a very small plugin, but the effect is still cooler than regular sliding.
